WOULD YOU LIKE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Here at Fragrant World, our products come with a 14-day money back guarantee, counting from the day of delivery. Providing that the items are virtually unused and have not been tampered with, you can always return them  exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns after this period so please contact us to make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible. 
Items must be returned to us in the exact same condition as they were when delivered to you. We are unable to refund products that have been used unless there was any wrong doing from our part. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return in cases where a product was used and the customer has then concluded that it was not to his liking. Sampling fragrances is a trial and error process hence the reason why we always advise our customers, in case of uncertainty, to always buy the smallest size available and test a fragrance before committing to purchase a relatively large amount.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We'll always do our best to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Every product is throughly tested and carefully packed to avoid disappointment. If for any reason a product that you have received from us appears to be damaged or defective in any way possible please contact us so we can either exchange it or arrange a return. We will assume full responsibility for all the expenses incurred in such cases.

 

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return please click here to contact us so we can assist you with that. When returning a product  please retain your proof of postage until you have received acknowledgement or credit for the return. Please make sure that you pack the items you wish to return very carefully, using the same packaging if necessary.
